Timely Encouragement indeed...

i was just soo tired this evening from being disappointed for not completing the first round of CNY visitations for my paternal side.....complaining to God about anything and everything...!!!!! to carry on bia-ing like some MADwoman or give up and extend?
then later in evening i received, over the phone from a friend, a prophetic word for me (thanks!):

Consistency. Consistency. This will be what you need to focus on for this season. For the next 3-4 months you need to remember this. Be consistent. For the next 3-4 months ... this is a plea.. a groan ... Be consistent in everything. The process of consistency will take 3-6 months. I see 3-4 months though you need to focus on this. And then I see the 5th month there's like a break ...
And in the sixth month ... if you will follow these things and be consistent then there will be a fresh wind from Heaven.

even if there are doubts, for there will be......i'll remember all those times my Redeemeer has come through for me!

Yeah..........Engineering is fun when you have only 4 months of it left.
Then out into the working world......marketplace.........ooh lala.......
wow.....everything just looks.....so..........vast.

oh well.......been inspired by everything this week......it's been very happening. from my eccentric self-confessed female chauvinistic tutor to some encounters with two friends, i'm like wow, what's happening. on top of TEN modules, one FYP, one G.E. (general elective on indian culture), i have to deal with people from all walks of life. now that's what i call.........education. haha. seriously.......school's just a dead place without........

Btw, gal i hope u're reading this: hold on fast to the teachings u got in meta and all the teachings over the years u've accumulated.....each time u learn something u're moving upwards. don't run round in circles.....or run to the old bad feelings again. i hope u know who you are, junior gal who attended meta camp. :)

Apart from Him you can do nothing

Today i'm blogging cos i am totally almost (oxymoron) burnt-out
from thinking (50%), praying (10%) and working and re-working out plans (40%) for my this semester studies. trying to factor in gen12ii trip for intersem lahh........but at the expense of an even tighter timetable?? hmm......then again........G.E.s are (kinda) mindless lah. like watching tv.
ok notice the praying is lacking badd.......

so wat are my priorities this year, my church pastor-sup Deb-B challenged me:
i thot of the main:
God......ministry (1 main cell and the feeding cell), friends......in that order. my family's been quite understanding (thus far), if i know my limits, thank God. ok so academically i can somewhat.......do my best but NOT at the expense of health n beauty sleep.
no more burning midnite oil because i'll be consistent. yea sounds easy to say huh........ :P
