What is the big deal about winning??
can someone tell me??
so what....if you win the biggest game in the world called......SETTLERS (a board game on gaining resources)? or the world cup? (actually that was a pretty big or expensive rather...heh)
Okok, fine.....i got 5th out of 6 players in the game.....when i played it at VEASP (very exciting and special programme) this evening with my mission teammates and Joyseng, a cru staff. boo hoo hoo....i just didn't wanna compete lah....i would seriously rather enjoy the whole game rather than WIN.....
i mean look at it this way....the idea of a board game, is like the game of finding your future mate, the fun lies in the finding.....that's what my senior pastor preached!! so.....that's it!! when my friend, Xianfeng's boardgame comes out...i'll make sure i'm an integral part of the ideas part and MAKE SURE there objective is NOT winning....but the fun of the game itself...

yea sooo frustrating hor...this type of thing shouldnt make us mad or angry.......just very exasperated...:(
u actually linked boardgames to finding a mate...lol...k nevermind...err...u noe ar if u play with the thought "i want to win."--while playing a boardgame...it will be far more exciting...for yourself and the players involved...there will be more FUN...not kidding;)
yea larr......but sometimes ur friends just scream and nearly monopolise the whole game...spoils it for others mah...cos this game is like when one person wins, the whole game ends!!
