Well.... You Could BUILD a hospital and then be the person in charge. You can hire the doctors and other qualified personnel to do the medical stuff and you can just run the show and let people come to you with illnesses.
That way you could use what you have learnt and still fulfil your calling.
-_-" having ppl telling u they are ill does not equal knowing how to diagnose properly! mainer
well, as a nurse, not doctor, i don't have to diagnose the illness. you just have to take care of the patients....
Maybe it's just your maternal instincts surfacing... :pppp
Just stay open to God's leading, you will know what His will is when it comes....be it nursing or building....
rite nursing- but same principle applys! being a nurse requires more than juz taking care of patients (actually more on assisting the doc). its quite technical stuff too. eg. can u draw blood? use those machines... be very meticulous, adminstrative and react quickly on the spot,be people friendly even when u feel like crap, work long shifts etc.. you realli gotta have a passion to do such things if not it's take a toll on u. where does ur passion/gifts/talents/experience lie? and you'd have to go thru school again if u decide to be a nurse cos i thk u'd need some sort of training(dip or degree).Mainer
Nurse? that's interesting. I always tot healthcare is fascinating. Being able to make a difference to pple when they need u most. If that's truly yr calling, you go ger!! Nvm how long it takes to get to yr destination, so long u get there!

Cool idea...good for overseas Gen12ii and beyond......hahaha. wat has maternal instincts gotta do with NURSING?? u feel their pain and help them mah. unless i'm nursing in the midwives ward...its got nothing to do with maternal instincts....dohh!!
Shirong!! haha...you stopped by my blog finally. well....healthcare is not so much what i find interesting but more like my natural instinct. as in, i just naturally will WANNa help ppl when i see them injured or in critical condition and blah blah. so....it's a empathic/compassionate REFLEX?
It's the natural tendency to take care of others I was refering to....
