Back from Hong Kong!!!

4 days but what a cool break man!! I.A. is over and DONE WITH!! Phew. Honestly that place is a wowee.....but it's an acquired taste. it's not like u go there and straightaway love it. It lives up to its name and is really a "nice-smelling" (xiang1) harbour (gang3). hahaha. why? i simply adored the beautiful harbour. the sea, the mountains (or hills) around, the little sampan boats that contain households!! as in they live literally on sea, with toilets and blah.
not to mention the very very good-looking people (guys and gals) around.......boy are they well-groomed man--there are so many buzzing hairdressing salons around! every 3-4 shops and there's one salon? there're more fashion boutiques than food stalls? hahaha...........u should've been there!
and oh man........the sales people there literally stand outside the boutiques and clap their hands and go "come on people....come in.......we're having a great sale! one shirt for fifty only!" so u really get tons of noise on the streets. not to mention..........the huge overhanging shop signs like in HongKong movies.......the loud bright ones.......so i was kinda like very "into" their people and culture.....and.........the Bamboo structures that remind me of my projects in CEE.......and those JACKIE CHAN movies!!! hahahahahaha.
yeah i love it there. oh, dyed my whole head bright copper for only a whopping S$20!!! whew. wish had more of u shopping buddies around (u gals).
